Ginamarie said, "This was totally amazing! Flatbread was one of the best things I've ever ate!"

Handmade Potato Gnocchi with Wild Mushrooms, Edamame, Smoked Pork, and Organic Soft-poached Egg

Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli with Sun-dried Tomatoes, Pesto, Shiitake Mushrooms, and Basil

Seared Diver Scallops with Southern Sweet Corn Risotto, Spiced Tomato Broth, and Micro Popcorn Shoots



Ginamarie said, "Everything was really great! Hubby ordered a dessert for everyone to share, but I couldn't eat more than a couple of bites. It was supposedly delicious though."

Thanks for the reminder post! I totally would've missed that otherwise, and it looks fantastic! Chocolate cupcake with chipotle? Valrhona mint chocolate cup? Marshmallow whoopie pies? A cake pop with chocolate and peanut butter (basically the No Way Jose in cake pop form)? Yes to all of the above!

I really need to eat at Cali Grill again. The menu is looking so good - I know it would be wonderful.

Ooohhh California Grill, you look so amazing! I am truly sad CG will be closed for refurb during our May trip, I was so looking forward to dining there and seeing Wishes with my new hubby!! Next time!
After reading the live updates and another DR, also found thru here , I've decided we have to eat in the Castle! I was flip flopping (lol) between Asherkus, 1900 PF and CRT since DD is only 2 but, the experience of the Castle just too wonderful to pass up!!

We will be there from 27th October until 3rd November - not sure how successfully I will be able to post from my android phone using wifi as we have no USA sim but if the wifi is good at the BC or EPCOT I'll be posting my live pics here.

We have ADRs for breakfast at Captains Grille, Kouzzinas, Crystal Palace, akershus and Cape May Cafe. Dinner reservations at Yachtsman, Le Cellier and WCC. Hopefully eating lots of dinners at F&W.

I'll give it a go while there - thanks for co-ordinating this awesome thread.

Wild Mushroom Filet Mignon
Le Cellier signature dish served with wild mushroom risotto and white truffle butter sauce


Ginamarie said, "This was delicious as ever! The filet is one of our all time favorite dishes."

The filet looks really, really good. As you know, I'm not a huge steak person, but the truffle butter and mushroom risotto have such a great flavor. Now I miss Le Cellier as well.

Canaroli rice, shrimp, squid, clams, mussels, and a light tomato sauce

Ginamarie said, "Hubby loved this and ate every morsel."

Gnocchetti
Cavatelli pasta, sweet sausage ragu, a light tomato sauce, and topped with pecorino cheese

Ginamarie said, "Sister had this and called it her new favorite dish."

Polenta Valsugana -Traditional Northern Italian creamy polenta and melted fontina
Served with braised short ribs, meatballs, sweet and piccanti pork sausages


Ginamarie said, "They serve the meat and polenta separately and then you mix it together in your own plate.
The polenta was perfect and creamy and the meat was the best accompaniment with their sweet and fresh tomato sauce."





And for dessert...

Torta Di Nocciole "Cortemilia"
Hazelnut polenta cake, nutella, and sweet cream cheese


Ginamarie said, "This was really unusual. The cake is kind of dry, but good! You can definitely get the hazelnut and nutella taste and the nutella creamy top added a light texture to even it out. Even the chocolate swirl on top had a hazelnut flavor." ​
