Is anyone aware of any Akl contracts taken last several months? Yesterday 100 points AKL March 85 pp submitted Rofl. I'm concerned March use years at AKL have been hard to find resale.

We just bought one at $90/point with seller paying 2016 dues, fully loaded at AKV.

I'm running out of contracts to bid on. The March UY is either very popular or wasn't sold much for BLT.

Low percentage of BLT points are March. Unfortunately for whatever reason DVC assigned almost 38% of all points a Feb UY at BLT.

WAAAAHOOOOOO!!!! I didn't get the email until after 6pm eastern time I thought for sure I was out of luck for an end of fiscal year pass!!!

Just purchased my first DVC at poly. 135 points for $130 a point. The only bad thing is no points till 2017. Do you guys think I'll get my points in time to book a vacation next oct/nov. I'm planning on taking my daughter and maybe my mother also next year and I really don't want to have to pay cash

WE PASSED TODAY!!! I am SO happy!
It only took exactly a week, and I was so worried because I feel like we are getting a really good deal. But Disney waived their first right of refusal! Woohoo! They seem to really be powering through them.

We are purchasing it through Fidelity, and I wondered if it would be less appealing to Disney because they have a $195 admin fee. Fidelity seems to get contracts with low pricing, but you do have to pay their fee.

do you understand how use year and banking and borrowing points work? You already have your points if your purchase is complete. it's just a matter of managing your points so that you can use them for the time that you want.

We used them too! We had it in our contract so that the seller paid the admin fee

I might be wrong, but I took it to mean access to their points after going through the resale proccess & waiting for their member number. So access to their acct.

The whole process usually takes between 60-90 days - signing contract to member number. Some have been passing ROFR quicky lately. Then you wait for estoppel, closing docs (you can't control how quickly the seller returns their docs), then OCC filing of deed, then member number sent snail-mail. Some have had luck calling 2 wks after filing for their number.

Super bummer for both of you ! When we bought last year at 118.00 (100 pts) for Dec UY we sweated it out until it passed. We are hoping to add 50 more but aren't having any luck yet!

I think $82 is fair for SSR and it was not really at risk, but congratulations and enjoy !
