We are finally platinum and going to Palo for the first time as one of the perks. One thing I love about Disney is the relatively minor amount of up-selling. I think I heard they do this at Remy with fancy water, wines, special fancy beef and truffles. That is a reason I don't think I could eat there - mostly because I know I couldn't tell the difference between fancy water and tap and boxed wine tastes the same as expensive wine to me; but mostly I hate being pressured, especially on such a relaxing vacation such as a Disney cruise.
Will be be faced with the same up-selling pressure at Palo? I am hoping for a relaxed dinner with no thoughts except looking forward to that chocolate souffle I have heard so much about
