@DopeyBadger crossed the half at 1:49:26. On pace for a 3:38:54; what is his goal time?

@Kerry1957, when he listed the race with LSULakers he put 2:59.59, but that as before he started having ankle/leg problems so no idea what he revised it to

I think no goal for this one ... because of the ankle issues, he's just going to run by effort and see where that puts him. 3:38:54 would be a great finish time for him considering the injury situation - let's hope he can keep up that awesome pace!

Need to get out for my own run today hehe, but on the edge of my seat watching Chicago and refreshing the app for all of our friends!! I keep updating DH with times (but with everyone’s screen names). He’s both confused and amused.

Most of the elite ladies are in the same shoe as the men. Some of the pictures of both packs in the first half showed a steady movement of lots of that bright color.

First woman crossed, Brigid Kosgei at 2:18.35 per the app.

Kosgei just crushed it. She was running alone for most of the final 5K and had nearly a 3 minute gap. Impressive performance by her!! Farah also had a great run as well and came in looking very strong.
