Another bank account bonus DP, this one regarding the Wells Fargo $250 nationwide bonus.

I last received a WF personal checking bonus on 1/24/18, so assuming WF's rule of one bonus every 12 months is to the day, I should be eligible. I successfully applied and was approved, and the account opening page states I am eligible for the bonus, so I will find out soon enough.

How long does it take for the bonus to post? Trying to see if my CU deposit triggered it before I adjustment my actual pay. My deposit credited yesterday.

I had a sweet minivan for about 10-12 years and I MISS that baby..... got good mileage, could haul furniture/people/anything I needed! my current Sonata is a great sedan, but I want another minivan! I still don't understand suv's and 3rd row seating and all that hassle....trying to convince Dh to buy another! We rent one on practically every vacation and I love them

Since we rarely use the third row seating, but it is nice to have when needed, it's no hassle at all. I personally prefer the height from the ground of the storage plus I have van-o-phobia.

I’m over it too...on a personal level...my SIL is ATC...working without pay..2 paychecks missed now...he and my daughter have a lot of savings...she calculated they can go 30 months..with her salary and their savings....but it’s affected some of their friends who are paycheck to paycheck...
plus they were going to start a family soon and that’s on hold...they are both super stressed out

We were days from being a part time income family and we don't have a large savings. At the last minute we were told that my husband's funding comes from gas tax so we are okay, but that was a lot of stress and frustration. As a contractor there wouldn't be back pay for us, no loans from the bank because for those your paycheck needs to come from the government. Definitely makes you rethink your job. I have several friends affected. One had to head home from her vacation in Germany early so her husband could report back to work unpaid.

Shouldn't be an issue. Both DW and I did the $300 BoA last year and I used my DD for both. No issues with bonus posting.

Now if only I could convince DH that we should leave that $1k, plus whatever other part of the MSR that goes towards my car, sitting in the Savings account earning 2.2% until December and then pay the CIC bill before the 0% is up.

Anyone flown overseas in United Premium Economy? He is used to Delta Comfort Plus but this seems to be the same type of class? We have never flown United for anything so very unfamiliar.

I meant to comment this before, but I don't know how I totally missed the fact that CIC is 0%. I know CIU is. Not that I had a reason to use my CIC 0% for anything, but I guess I just like to know those things in case something ever happens.

I agree, especially if flying with kids! DH and I went to Maui for our honeymoon - BOS to LAX with an overnight layover at a hotel by the airport and then LAX to Maui in the morning. I'd like to do it that way next time we go, too.

us too....I liked the timeline..... however on the way home I'd like that straight through overnight!
