Do you decorate inside your camper?

Hi all! We are back from Fort Wilderness and had a great time. Next time, though, we will stay longer and build in more park-free days to enjoy the Fort. Anyway, one of the things we enjoyed at the Fort was riding our bikes and looking at everyone's rigs. Many of the campsites were decorated on the outside and we enjoyed seeing the decorations. That got me wondering if anyone decorates their RV's inside, Disney or otherwise? We have a brand new travel trailer. I love the clean lines inside but it is very neutral and I would like to add some fun and color with rugs, pillows, artwork, etc. Do you decorate inside your camper? The only pictures I have been able to find of decorated campers/RV on pinterest are mostly vintage campers that have been renovated. Those are cool but I would like to see modern campers that are spiced up a little! I really want to make our camper feel like our second home. Anyone care to share pictures of things you may have done to make your camper feel more homey?

Don't have any pictures of the inside, but yes, we decorate the inside when we go places, have a Mickey and Minnie that gets set out along with other stuffed friends, small pictures on the walls, etc, seems more like home that way. Command strips are your friend, no holes.

My DW keeps the interior decorating to a minimum in the camper. Primarily pictures of us or kids on camping trips. I mainly go for the exterior decorating.

I don’t have a camper yet ( still in a tent) but I think it would be really fun to have Disney themed bedding and decorations that only come out on trips to the fort!!! That’s my plan someday

We don't go beyond coordinating bedding, rugs, throws, throw pillows, bath and kitchen towels, that would be the same for all destinations we travel. There is limited storage room, and we live in our mh for 3-4 weeks at a time, so we don't decorate for a particular destination. We do enjoy it being bright and livable though.

We don't really decorate. There is no art on the walls or anything.
I did replace the main bed cover with something more colorful. And I use brightly colored towels and kitchen items.
There isn't really room for throw pillows and picture frames or anything like that.
So I just try to make the stuff we use colorful.

I'm considering adding some Disney stuff for our Disney trip only, but it will be small and out of the way.
Maybe I'll recover the reflectix sunshades with Disney fabric .

Yes we decorate inside and out. Pink Flamingo theme so all the pillows, curtains, rugs, glass ware, plates, are flamingos or pink.

As you can see we have several picture frames, and I change the 8x10's regularly. I have 4x6 photo pockets up by the clock, those are the same pictures, not changing them. We have our keyholder by the door, it is Sorcerer Mickey. We have a Mickey Figurine that is stuck to the counter with command strips also. A pirate flag hangs on the big wall in our bedroom. So we have done some work to make it more like home for when we are on the road.

I really like the Mickey keyholder! Did you make it yourself?

I have decorated and named my camper. It is called the shell shack (my name is Shelli) and I have decorated both the inside and the outside with a shell/under water theme. I made all new curtains and have shells and mermaids every where. I found some very cool conch shell string lights we hang on the canopy along with a kaleidoscope blue light to give the illusion of being underwater.

Only thing that is really Disney related is the stuffed Mickey and Minnie on the bed.

We have a Minnie stuffy I put out and a Minnie solar lamp that we use for a night light. Mickey and Minnie 'peeking' car decals and a Mickey head trailer hitch plug.

That's as much as I can get away with since I have an 'nDH'.

I don't have a lot around my house so I'm certainly not going to in the fifth wheel. We have a lot of paintings on the walls at home just because one of my brother's is an artist so for all gift giving occasions he would paint me something but we don't have a lot of other stuff laying around. My honey and I have such different tastes that we decided early on in the relationship to just keep it minimal. I have one room upstairs with all my masks from Italy at Epcot hanging on the wall and another room that is a bonus room so I sort of made it into my woman cave but even it doesn't have a lot of stuff laying around. I'm too lazy to dust all that stuff.

We have a split theme in our camper, beach/Disney. We have added some pictures, key holders. Most of it is beach themed. Most everything outside (Mickey lamp, flags, lights) is Disney themed.
