Disney tattoos

not so hidden mickey on my sleeve

My husband just got his first tattoo (not Disney related), and now he has the fever. He wants to get a Donald Duck one.

I'm 99% certain I will never get one. But if I did, it would be a silhouette of Peter pan and tinkerbell flying towards the "second star to the right." And it would be placed in an area where no one in public would ever see it. Not a fan of overly visible tattoos, personally. DH isn't either. His is on his upper thigh/ hip area. He doesn't want his mom to ever know it exists.

I have tattoos, but no Disney ones as of yet. For the past decade, I've been either paying for, saving up for, or just coming back from a WDW trip. Money is tight-I do okay if I budget, but the budget doesn't allow for luxuries like a tat. My sister and I talk about getting matching ones someday.

They can become addicting. I only have three but after each one I immediately started planning my next. I had to temper that. There are only two more that I plan on-pixie dust with my kids names around the castle and a representation of the Las Vegas sign (born and raised.) I have talked to my DD’s guy about cleaning up the one below my ankle but I’m not sure it’s worth the pain.

I purposefully made the one for my dad visible. It’s his signature on my wrist. It just keeps him present for me. The one below my ankle I did the way I did so I could hide it. My grandma thought tattoos would send you straight to hell. Problem was I’d forget about it, wear sandals and she would see it. She gave me crap about that tattoo until the day she died. :rotfl:

On my calf, I have Rafiki holding up Simba on Pride Rock. Eventually, I want to get Grandmother Willow and the colored leaves in the breeze from Pocahontas.

I have a skin condition called atypical mole syndrome which means I have over 100 moles on my body and some are irregular. I always thought it would be funny to tattoo tiny mouse ears on one of my moles so that I have my own “hidden Mickey”

LOL. My MIL is convinced that only drug addicts and gang members have tattoos, so naturally she would have an absolute fit if she saw a tattoo on her Golden child.

My profile picture is the Mickey head tattoo that I have on my inner right ankle.

I have several and they're all posted in the other tattoo thread linked earlier... plus Mickey and Minnie are peeking out in my Avatar.

I have a big tattoo of stitch on my outer calf

I plan to turn the whole leg into a big Disney sleeve, gotta do it piece by piece tho! My next will likely be Bambi or Dumbo not sure which. This one has a lot of meaning behind it
