Trial Club Level Fastpass+ Purchase Program Planning & Discussion

I got a 2:20 lunch at Oga's Cantina on October 23. Maybe a dumb question but will this be too crowded to enjoy?

I see there is a 45 minute time limit!! Which should be plenty but I thought that was interesting. It also says mostly standing room. Yikes

Congratulations on your ADR!!!!

It's mostly standing room as there just aren't a lot of booths. I think it has those type of tall standing bar tables.

They have a Max capacity so you won't be too crowded I imagine. It's a two drink maximum in that time limit.

I’m liking CLFPs more at HS now that Oga’s can be reserved. My strategy is to use the CL FPs on the tier one rides (will rope drop one) but be able to space time by being at Oga’s/Droid. I’m just a bit confused with timing and walking. Is there only one way in (near Mama Melrose) and one way out (near TSL)? I also don’t know where to place Jedi training.

Yes that's the speculation. You go in by Grand Ave and exit into TSL. Yes CL FP are looking better and better for DHS. I just wish we could book the SWGE rides!!

Yes it will be crowded if Disneyland is any indication. Also its basically a standing bar so they can put a lot more people in it than you might be used to at wdw, it lends to the "atmosphere" (doesn't hurt the bottom line either lol).

Hi! New here! I would appreciate any guidance on when to book the CLFP vs regular FP during our stay. I’ve seen conflicting info on booking CLFP before or after the regular FP during the days we use it. So is it better to book the CLFP for the mornings and then try to refresh and modify the regular FP to move them up? Or book the regular FP for the mornings and then do the CLFP? We will have our 8 and 5 year old boys with us, if that makes any difference. Would love to hear anyone’s opinion!

There isn’t really a right answer to the question, you’ll see people book them both ways, each with compelling reasons. A lot comes down to your specific touring style.

For us, it was definitely CLFP first, then regular FPs, for the most part. We are pretty good about sticking to a plan early in the day, but come mid-day, all bets are off - so I wanted the ability to modify FPs on my own, move them up, etc. I didn’t want to be in a position to have to modify any of the extra FPs as I didn’t want to be in the park on the phone having to deal with it.

Some will say do the regular ones first so you can get to refreshing earlier, but for us, I knew we weren’t likely to really need to/want to refresh anything else. Although for context, our typical park day is rope drop through early afternoon, then back to the resort for pool/recreation time.

Hope that helps!

Can someone please remind me - can you book a 4th FP as soon as your 3 regular FPs are done? Or not until your 3 regular FPs and 3 CLFPs are done?

Also - I’ve heard you won’t be able to get a rider swap if you have a FP for the same ride later in the day. I’m assuming that’s still the case even if you later one is a CLFP but interested if anyone has experience with this? Thanks!!

You can book your 4th FP as soon as your regular FPs are done as long as they don't overlap with CL FP times. Not sure about that RS question - that one is interesting. But I'd hope you could do RS twice on the same ride.

Booked ours yesterday! The girl at DSS (Josie) could not have been nicer or more helpful. She helped me rearrange some things and made a few suggestions (like don't waste a FP on Muppets 3D LOL!). It was a painless experience (except for on the wallet) and we got everything we could possibly want.
Woo hoo! I book tomorrow! I'm still so much on the fence! Last year when I did this I had things completely nailed down and didn't make one change the whole 90 days. This year I don't have everything picked out and will be open to the CM's thoughts. I also don't have my kids tickets purchased yet and I hope I get that done in time and linked for tomorrow morning!

Thank you! I think that’s what I’m leaning towards doing. CLFP first.

My youngest won’t be tall enough for some rides we want FP for, just confirming we can do rider switch on all rides, CLFP included? And I do not have to book one for myself, just my husband and older son and do rider switch so I can ride and older son can ride again, correct?

Made my CLFPs today! The process was slightly different than last year. Last year I stayed on the phone while the CM made each FP. This time I gave the CM my list and she called back when it was all done. Simple! All is in my MDE. So exciting!

We did Regular FPs first at our MK day so we could get a 4th when we hop to HS. We also did Regular FPs first at AK (skipping Navi) so we could get a 4th when we hop to EP after/before using our three CL Frozen, Soarin, TT. At HS, we did our three CL first so we could get more Tier 1s, then Regular FPs at MK for later in the evening.

Can't wait!

I was at SWGE on Friday of last week and it felt crowded with just CMs and guests. It's going to be crazy for a long time

I’m working on our “layout” of FPs now and trying to decide when to book CL and when to book regular. We will be there 12/29-1/4. (Getting CLFPs 1/1-1/4) How likely are we to be able to get any 4th FPs with a party of 7 during such a busy time of the year and so many in our party?

Were you able to ask questions/get advice or go over it first? I’m new to this and might need some help from the CM. Thanks!!

Can you book Club level FP staying at any Disney world resort , as long as it is a club level room? Furthermore how many FP do you receive ? Thank you for your time and help.
