Ohana vs Artist Point (MK/AK reservations)

We’re going to Disney early January. I’m trying to decide if we should do dinner at Ohana or Storybook Dining in the afternoon on our MK day (and return to the park after for more rides and fireworks/etc).

We’ll be doing AK the following day, and I have a reservation in the evening (8:30p) for both Ohana and Storybook that day also. We have eaten at Jiko’s, Sana’a, and Tiffins.. but have never eaten at Ohana or Storybook.

I’m thinking Storybook on the MK day, then Ohana on AK day. We’d get to watch the fireworks from Ohana (8p) before our 8:30 Ohana reservations. Thoughts? Is this the best plan?

If the walkway is completed I would do ohana on the mk day and then walk back personally. Then the next day I would get the bus to ds after for a drink and a wander 😊 that's only me tho

I think I'd also do Storybook on MK day and Ohana at AK day since you have the 8 p.m. time around fireworks and an early Storybook dinner on the other day to allow for more park time.

Have fun! I was too sick to make our Storybook reservation last August but urged the family to still go. They had a blast! I loved getting their text photo updates. Dopey and Grumpy even got DH posing silly! (which is a feat lol). We've got a Storybook reservation for next month as a do-over :)

Walkway? When is that expected to be finished? Our trip is in a month.

Similar situation here, we did Storybook back in Feb but my daughter got sick and we had to all leave early. (Husband, daughter, and I)

Sorry I don't know. There is a thread about it on the boards somewhere 😊 The bridge has been built apparently so can't be too far off...
