Which is the best way now to get bottled water delivered to the resort?

We are staying at OKW in early March. We have used Garden Grocer many times. We have used Staples years ago. We had success with Amazon once and nonsuccess another. I know the resorts charge a fee now too. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!!!!

Why not take a Lyft or Uber to a nearby store and buy what you want (water and any other things you might want.)

If you don't mind meeting them directly outside Prime Now and Instacart work like they would anywhere else.

SO with instacart do you need to order before arriving or once you get there? Will they meet you outside our Old Key West building or the main resort building? Thanks.

Do you order it once you have arrived?
I ordered it when I boarded to Magical Express at the airport and it was delivered a few hours later. You can choose your delivery window, so you can order it any time during the day and request a later delivery if you need to.

Do they no longer carry the cases of water in the resort shops? (If they don't I need to figure this particular question out as well when we go on our trip!)

This is exactly what we did this past summer and worked perfectly! Ordered on magical express, hit the parks, then grabbed our stuff from bell services. No fee. Unless you want bell services to deliver to your room.

So it is dropped at Bell Services? You do not need to be present? Thanks.

I know this isn't what you were asking, but you might consider bringing refillable water bottles with you instead of ordering bottled water. I did this last trip and it worked out really well. We used the ice and water from the soda machine in the QS at the resort, then refilled in the parks as necessary. There are a lot of water-bottle refilling stations at all the parks now and, incidentally, also at the airport.

I always used to get bottled water, as the tap water in Orlando is yick, but the water from the soda machines may or may not be filtered, but it tastes fine.

Correct. You don’t have to be present unless it’s alcohol (if going through amazon at least)

ETA: if you want it within a two hour window, go with Amazon Prime Now

You could also look into buying reusable bottles with a filter, like Brita for example. Easy to refill anywhere, and don't have to carry a bunch of water bottles around. We've never bought a water bottle at Disney in 4 trips, these Brita bottles (the soft squeezable kind) have a handle so you can clip it to a bag or purse with a carabiner clip. Was great to dump water when it got warm and just refill at a CS counter or drinking fountain. I am fussy about my water and the filter worked like a charm.
