How are you people getting in?!

I used chrome and kept getting the space mountain screen every time I tried doing it. (even when I tried the ADR trick) I finally got through by restarting my browser and clicking on the Park Tickets icon, then clicking on Select Tickets, then clicking on Disney park pass system "Learn More" and then lastly clicking on the Make a Disney Park Pass Reservation block at the top of the screen. It went right to it and I booked all 7 days the week of Christmas with no problems. As soon as I booked the 7th day it locked up on me and I was scared I lost all 7 days. However, I restarted my browser again and logged back in and they are all showing up. I don't know if I just got lucky or if going in the long way helped. Good luck to all of those trying. Just stick with it. I think the system is just really squirrely right now with everyone trying to get on.

Do you have a resort stay for July 15th?

Sure do. With an active, fully paid AP. Nothing is coming up for July 15th for any park. That is the only day that have me an issue over 2 stays.

I was trying the number I got when it said I reached my park pass limit at 3 - 407-939-7917, but can't get through at all.

I am having the same problem with that number. I have been on hold with ticketing for over an hour. I will report back once I am able to speak with a cast member.

What can I do now?

I'm not an AP holder... I have a regular room/tickets package booked.

An hour ago I was able to reserve 7 out of 8 days, then it told me the pass limit was reached, and then the website seemed to crash again.

I was just able to get back in. I have a 2nd trip, so I tried reserving for that 2nd trip, but it's still telling me I've reached the pass limit.

Is there anything I can do? Should I try to call? Just wait it out and see if it gets fixed?

Mine was 10.

For what its worth.....I was able to book 24 days. A little over two weeks in August and my Christmas trip. DVC ressies with Plat Plus AP.

Ditto--got 7 need 10 for our October trip and can do nothing with our May trip due to the limit. Really, really ticked right now.

People who have multiple orbit pages open. Close all but one. I found that if I had more in a than one open in a browser it wouldn't load.

I just printed and screenshot my itinerary.............. of my reservation and my park passes. To be safe everyone do this.

So it let me book one day and then showed no availability for anything else. There's no number to call about this, right? I just have to wait and hope they fix it?

Are you sure you have a valid day of your resort stay selected?

I have the same issue as you (1 day then no availability) I have an AP and the same 9 day ticket the rest of my family has (previously booked free dining recovery and didn’t want to mess with the tickets). I was able to book for the rest of my family after removing myself. Just to add a datapoint and Specifics to see if there’s more in common.

I am having this issue but no AP. Everyone has 8 day ticket as part of package.

I was able to get 3 days under a dvc rental. And then one day of my next reservation at yacht club. That’s as far as I got then it’s telling me no park availability

I know. I'm on hold, no idea how long that'll be. I called ~50 times before I got through.

should have stayed on with them cause now i know the problems not fixed and i cant get through (ok I just got through, but auto on hold, no menu...)! Very frustrating, just trying to stay calm!

How are you people getting in?!

I could only get through on Firefox in incognito. My regular Firefox tabs wouldn't load past the crashtle and Safari on my phone got me past the orbit countdown but never actually loaded the options to select anything.
