Oga's Cantina

I was browsing the Oga’s menu and noticed that they have taken away a couple of previous drinks and added a couple… I’m a little bummed they don’t have the T-16 Skyhopper drink anymore, I love melon, so this was one of my faves… also, prices are a bit higher than before, by a dollar or so per drink. It won’t stop me from going, but was just something I noticed…

Made 12:45pm reservation for my family of 5 in late July. Works great with our early lunch reservation for that day too!

FYI, if trying to make a larger group reservation. I wasn't seeing any availability when I searched for a 5 person reservation for late July. I changed it to a 3 person reservation and then it started listing available times. I then highlighted the selected time I wanted and then increased my party reservation from 3 to 5 and it worked. Maybe it was a glitch on my end but wanted to let people know if anyone else experienced a similar situation.

I had to do a similar thing to get our party of 9 in August, but it worked.

EDIT: Oga's appears to be live all the way through August 13!

Oga's is live for July! At least through July 19!

Thanks so much! I was away from the boards so didn't get my ideal time, but it might work out pretty well! I'm not quite sure how to treat Oga's, I mean, it's not really dinner, but lunch is BB so maybe those Batuu Bits will be enough!

We always get the blue milk that comes with the cookies- it's a good snack!

I think there's some law of nature that at least one of us must get the blue milk.
This is going to be so much fun! We've never even made it to GE in WDW, so this will be our first cantina experience!

That is disappointing about the Skyhopper, that is one of my favorites too. I found a recipe online a few months ago and it is very easy to make at home.

I really wish they would communicate when reservations open better. It had been 3 am PDT for awhile (I suspect they just synchronized with WDW’s 6 am EDT). No longer today. Still not up. Will it be 7 am PDT? We will see…

For people who've gone before, I just read it's a 1 drink minimum and 2 drink maximum per person on the reservation. How do they keep track of that, do they scan your reservation before you place your drink orders?

It’s a very small place. The server knows what you’ve had and will encourage you to order your first and/or last drink or prepare to head on out.

It was called Blue Bantha and it was on the menu as of a few days ago. It’s now gone.

So the reservation we have to make for Oga's Cantina, only ensures us access to enter on the date/time we made the reservation for. It's not tied into the minimum\maximum drink order?

My main worry is that my wife and I along with our two oldest are looking forward to the drinks. Although my youngest in really picky and not sure if he would be interested in any of the mixed drinks. I'm wondering if we can get away with ordering just 4 drinks or if they will be a stickler and make us order a 5th drink.
