I’m wondering how true this will hold next year, Easter is March 31, will 8-12 be slow or 15-19 or both?
Both of those weeks should be on the slower side. The weekend for the 18-21 may see a bump with the Run Disney Springtime Event.
Not to go into a deep dive here but my kids spring break is 8-12 I’ve always avoided spring break as it seems to crowded wondering if a lot of spring breaks are that week, could also swing a short trip week after for springtime surprise as they have a bunch of half days that week… so silly the week after spring break!
Does this mean tickets for MNSSHP will be announced to go on sale soon?
Yeah, last year during the halfway to Halloween they announced the dates of the event and the on sale dates for Resort guests and then general public.
Yes, see HHN plans for Las Vegas.. lolMan, I love Halfway to Halloween, but it's not even May yet. We already have MNSSHP creeping into mid-August. Halloween is getting so popular it'll pretty much be year round at this point!
This seems so weird to me because it's April vacation week up here. Prime Disney vacation time.Re: crowds plummeting over the weekend, we went to HS yesterday afternoon/evening and crowds were LOW. We walked on everything. Rise was even posted 25 minutes for awhile that afternoon!

Looking at wait times now, the crowds seem moderate. 85 minutes for Dwarfs Mine Train, 75 minutes Ratatouille, 115 minutes Rise of the Resistance, 70 minutes Avatar. You look to have picked a good week.We arrive tomorrow for our trip. Hoping crowds are low and weather is great - sunny and warm.
