Someone may correct me, but I believe once it goes to ROFR, there is nothing that can be done, except back out of the entire deal if you are within 10 days of contract signing. I know the wait can be terrible, but congratulations on your first contract!

How do you know when the seller returned documents. I received closing docs on June 26, but got to FedEx too late for that day's shipment. Shipped docs and bank draft out on June 27th so they were received by them on June 28. I haven't received any information about the seller's documents. Is that something I should be inquiring about?

They won’t let you know that, but will tell you when the contract closed. If you want an update regarding sellers, you have to reach out.

If they don't show up on their own tomorrow, call MS and ask them to load them so you can make a reservation. They'll load them while you're on the phone, works like a charm.

Great to know, because I actually have a vacation in October, but am coming in a day early that I would like to use my points with and there is only one room available at the place I would like to stay. Thank you!
