I agree in principle...it's just my FOMO kicking it. As usual.I'm over trying to collect all of the concession stands. Once it's in the park, it's just one of a hundred other stands set up. Meaningless.

May I ask... did you get lucky with your last Luca character or did you spend $9.99 to bump up your chances? Just curious...Luca is finally in Legendary Chests...and got my last character. Another collection complete (now to level).
Gord is also available in the Sapphire Chests. I have a 99.99% chance of getting him for 90,000 coins...and a .01% chance of getting another 90k coins. So, it seems, I'd either get Gord or enough coins to try again.
I would love the 50th costume and the 50th hat stand, too, but Gord is the priority.
Well, we definitely aren’t the same person I can either choose from a guaranteed shot at one of 6 characters that I am still missing or the 50th Anniversary Mickey and stand. I do have that same FOMO as you tho. Useless stand and costume or character guaranteed to be needed for some inane challenge later,,,,this choice should be easy, but it is not. I’ll just keep on keepin on grinding my old hoard in Merlin’s grinder and see how many refreshes I feel like I want to churn out of elixirs. I may have had a little stand and decoration hoarding problem…I agree in principle...it's just my FOMO kicking it. As usual.
I used gems. First one and Ercole popped out.May I ask... did you get lucky with your last Luca character or did you spend $9.99 to bump up your chances? Just curious...
Not I, sir. I woke up to the final milestone chest and found that I am in first place. But I am DONE with this round. Let everyone jump way ahead of me. I just don't need a dumpling stand that badly.I agree in principle...it's just my FOMO kicking it. As usual.

Same. I have tue 50th costume and don't care about the cupcakes stand. Plus, I've exhausted all of the sources for cocoa (except for the two or three every four hours from the crows). I'd rather save them for later rounds when we need more, instead of continuing to battle strangers for pointless "prizes".I don’t see anything I need besides the guys from the Seasonal.
Yes. I kept wasting cocoa on a character that I couldn't use. Frustrating.I think I am annoyed by something new in the tower event. It is difficult to tell if a character that you want to send to fight is at home or doing an activity. It is a red slash either way. I think it used to have a home marker if they were just resting. Makes a difference because of refresh spending.
This is indeed incredibly annoying. Pretty sure it’s their way of trying to get you to spend more elixirs for tokens. Up to this point, I’ve been using the elixirs for those doomsday scrolls and cocoas. This season I spent a bunch on Wall-E attraction enhancements thingies too. I‘m not in that big of a rush beyond that to get the characters leveled up. Maybe they did this to free up memory space from hoards for the additional land. Yeah…doubt that too. its much more likely they are testing out another Money grabYes. I kept wasting cocoa on a character that I couldn't use. Frustrating.
Another thing that the idiot interns are pulling to slow down our progress... ridiculous overlaps. I figure it's a mix of intentionally slowing down the leveling up of characters, and a bit of laziness to add other characters to the collection mix.

Not to mention that they're down to four plots of land (if I'm counting correctly?) plus Everest. What will players do once all land is open and they still feel they need more? I have four completely clear plots right now, and a few others with an attraction or two that I forgot to put away. This is indeed incredibly annoying. Not gonna lie, but I was on Team Land before this update. Now my new plots do indeed look a bit empty. Guess I was hoping more for a new area and not just land….maybe a carryover from my wish list for the actual parksNot to mention that they're down to four plots of land (if I'm counting correctly?) plus Everest. All good points. I have run out of the cocoa in the past, and I think that’s what keeps me a bit “cocoa conservative”. I do feel the same as you about the milestone prizes though. There are none I give a hoot about in the event. Its just churning for token to spend in the shop, so the third chapter prizes mean squat to meI've seen a few remarks, here and elsewhere, about cutting back on earning points now, after completing each milestone in chapter 1, and saving cocoas for later rounds. In my view, it makes much more sense to try to maximize point earnings now in chapter 1. I don't care about any leaderboard rewards or milestone rewards in chapters 2 or 3 - all I am going for is the 125,000 point event task for happiness.
a) I've personally never run out of cocoa in past events (or this one), and I only get more and more saved with the start of each chapter, and I usually end up with 100-150 extra by the end. So, I guess I don't see the point in saving to begin with. I currently have 64, though I am also done with the tasks to earn more, so I will probably be down to I guess 45-50 or so by the end of chapter 1 tomorrow. Maybe I don't send out as many groups as other players who might therefore have less cocoas at this point, but I am sitting at 41,000 points right now, so I think I'm doing quite a bit.
b) The amount of cocoas per refresh increase each round, but the amount of points earned stay the same in each of chapters 2 and 3. So, again, it's more efficient to get as many as possible now, if there are no milestone or leaderboard rewards anyone cares about in the next two rounds - which I don't.
By doing more now while it is more efficient, I can basically get the 125K a couple days earlier and then completely check out of the event, which is at least my preference. Of course, this is different for players who want to maximize coins earned to buy chests or whatever from the event shop to try to get characters they may not have, who then would want to try to get the leaderboard rewards in the second chapter and it might be worth holding on to cocoas in that situation (I don't believe Maleficent coins are a leaderboard reward in chapter 3).
