I purchased Early Bird Check In for our flights, will this mess up allowing us to check our luggage with RAC for the return home?

No, EBCI (Early Bird Check In) is a SWA fee service that will automatically check you into your flight 36 hours before departure. This is helpful if your want to be in an early boarding group but may not be available to check yourself in when the normal checkin window opens at 24 hours prior. You can have Guest Services at your resort print out boarding passes when you are within the 24 hour window.

RAC (Resort Airline Check-In) is a complimentary service provided to WDW Resort Guests that allows them to check luggage (for participating airlines) at the resort, rather than Orlando International Airport. RAC is open 7 days a week from 5:00 AM to 12:00 noon. However, if your flight is within 3 hours of departure, it is recommended that you take your luggage with you on the DME bus.

HTH, Steve

No. RAC will just print a boarding pass for you that you'll probably crumple up and throw away because your boarding pass will already be on your cell phone.
