In thirteen days I'll be at WDW! However, I haven't received my Magical Express packet. Any idea as to when I should be expecting it?

Totally different things. They are shipped from different departments
We received our ME tags about 34 days in advance. You should call to see what is up.

I plan on calling a bit later today as it is still early in the morning here (7 AM) I definitely don't want to get down there and have no transportation!

Definitely call them! You should have received it by now. Maybe its on its way, but really....its best to give them a call. Good luck!

All they need to mail you is the yellow baggage tags. Your magic band will get you on the bus.

We were missing ours at 20 days out and I called. They overnight me new tags and booklet via UPS. Ironically; the missing ones showed up a few days later via regular mail haha

We are still 45 days from our trip and I've had ours for at least a month. They came the week after I called and added the flight information.

We are 12 days out and have had ours for at least a month. I would call and check.

Call them to make sure you have a reservation. How did you book your resort reservation? The tags and letter usually go out about 40 days prior to travel. DME tells us that they need 10 days to put you in the system, get the tags printed, and then sent out. If a travel agent booked the stay, the letter/tags may very well have gone to them, and they are then supposed to get the tags to the client.
