I doubt ebay will do anything but I figured it didn't hurt to report her, if enough people report her they might do something:
You have to be signed in to report, when you are viewing the item in question below the picture and on the right side of the screen right above the item number is a report item button, I selected that
then the following:

In the meantime, did you know you can go into your PB profile and prevent anyone from copying or downloading from your account? Wish this was folder specific but it will block the entire account.

Simply click on the facial image to left of "Plans" on your main PB page. Click on settings and then Privacy. Make sure this box is unchecked. I believe I will do this when I am on vacation or taking a break so things don't happen when I am unaware of it.....

I also wrote her messages for each listing where she used my designs and here is what she wrote me back....
i know nothing of your account I am designing my designs now there is free clip art on the internet to do so I have no control if they favor yours

I told her that she has been reported to ebay and Disney. I even wrote that I contacted her before.... she is totally lying and it is frustrating seeing someone else try to profit on something you worked hard to make! I have stopped designing. I have taken down my completed thread. I had both accounts not searchable by google anyways on flickr, but now I have my flickr account so it can only be seen by friends and family... but I'm guessing she already saved all of them to her computer!
I really think that each of us needs to write Disney to complain so that if they hear more than just me.... maybe they will look at her and the other one irononit..... here is the e-mail..... tips@disneyantipiracy.com

Hello!

I am writing you because I am hoping you can help me somehow. I have been trying to understand what is your copyrighted material and what can be sold without your permission. I was part of the disboard designers and I used to design door magnets and things as fish extender gifts. I was told by designers before me that I could make these things for others for FREE but that I was not allowed to sell or profit from their use as that would get me a cease and desist letter from you all at Disney.

I made many designs using clipart and background wallpapers and would customize them with cruise ship, dates of sale and names and give them away. I did it to make people smile, not ever for any profit. Below I attached a few of my original designs of which I can provide hundreds more. I attached two examples of completed ones to the e-mail.

I was notified by fellow designers on the disboards that some of my designs were being sold as iron on transfers on ebay. I was astonished as I had worked many many hours on about 250 or so designs and I had put them in a flickr album for anyone to access so that they could customize their own.

I asked this particular seller, warnerlogan1 who seem to exclusively sell Disney stuff, to stop using my designs and at first she apologized and took one auction down. Now she has posted many, more and is denying stealing them saying that she is making her own. Either way, I thought your copyright made this impossible.

There are many other sellers doing the same thing. One that I am also aware of is irononit and if you search ebay for iron on Disney many come up in that search.

If she is allowed to sell these items and ones like them, can I start selling them too????? Is there a price which if I sell under that makes an ebay store legal? Please inform me as to your company policy regarding this type of selling because I would love to open my own ebay store if this is legal.

Please respond to my requests for more information regarding selling on ebay.

(Last time I wrote, I received the standard form letter that they had gotten my email and would investigate but due to the nature of it.... I wouldn't be informed as to the outcome. This time I am fishing for a response to maybe get their policy???)

I never heard back from eBay on my complaint about her. I do not see any of my designs this time. What a lying weasel to say that she made the designs. :sad2:

Oops she did it again! This woman is something. She says she started making all of the designs. Why would she put dates on some of the designs as far back as 2008? She is using a lot of past disigners disigns. Crazy.
 
I believe most of my "stuff" now has a basic watermark and have developed something better for my new images. No longer are all the folders on my PB Private.

I am still deeply saddened and angered by this woman and all who take advantage of our good work in such a fashion...

Yup a ton of my designs! Thank you for seeing them and telling me. I hope at sea is better with reporting stuff than Disney or eBay has been. I'll get to that later today. Thank you.
 
Just to update you guys... I contacted DigitalDiva on etsy. She has a third party license to sell Disney items. She purchased a resell license from someone (she doesn't think it's WarnerLogan) and mine were included. DigitalDiva immediately took them down and is contacting that person. I told her to check WarnerLogan's ebay page and she said that she found some of her designs on there! This is ridiculous.
 
At least she took the designs down and sounds like she is trying to run her shop legally. Did she contact you again about it?

A third party license is interesting. Since the 1st person sold her resell license to items that the 1st person didn't originally design (and are not Disney products directly) I wonder if the 1st person even had a license from Disney in the first place.
 
I haven't heard anything back from her and I don't really expect to.

The whole 3rd party license thing... I don't get any of it.

The last time I wrote to Disney fraud/copyright infringement, I included trying to get them to write me back by saying,if she (warnerlogan1) can make a profit and you don't stop her, then am I allowed to sell these also? They haven't responded, but I may call them soon and ask those questions so we all have more clarity.
 
Just wanted to let everyone know that I checked ebay again last night and it looks like warnerlogan1 has posted or re-posted many designs from here. I found about 12 of mine but it does appear she removed most of the ones I message her about previously, I am going to write to her again this weekend. She has many sports designs posted which I am not 100% certain but I think many could be Marion's and I do see many of Jill's designs.
 
I checked last week and saw a ton of mine! At this point, I've given up. It appears that she has all of mine and last time I asked her to take some down, she didn't.
 
That is horrible. I'm glad she was kicked off the forum. I can't imagine how frustrating it would to see someone selling something you spent hours creating.
 
She previously stole almost all my sports DISigns. I asked her to remove them but you know how that goes...she has NO character whatsoever!
