I'm surprised no one has posted this yet. It looks like the Coast to Coast medal has been redesigned for 2017.

Yes redesigned for the 10th anniversary. I'm trying to figure out a way to get this medal.

It has been posted in both the Marathon Weekend 2017 and the Running thread.

The only difference that I see is the addition of the words "10th Anniversary"

Here's mine from this year. It looks like the differences are:

- improved detail on Walt & Mickey
- two castles instead of one (& more detail)
- blue US silhouette
- addition of starry sky

Overall a very nice improvement on the design, IMO.

Thanks. I guess that I just don't care enough about the medals to have looked that closely .

Hmm. That's a good question. The pink version has only been around for a few years so I could see it going either way...

Oh wow, mine has been hanging on my medal rack for 5 years now and I never noticed the stars on Anaheim and Orlando.

I hope they keep it with partners/castle. It's classic.
