Is 1.5 hours enough for the standard dining restaurant?

I have a 5:15 time booked and we have a show at 6:45. I'm thinking this should be enough time?

Also, is it the same restaurant every night for standard dining or are there different locations, etc? I put a reservation down on the MYW dining for each night so I guess it would have to be the same location? Hopefully the food changes nightly?

Do you have a standard dining time (main or late) or did you choose My Time Dining. They are different. If you have a standard dining time, then you will be assigned the same restaurant each night, and the same table. It also will depend on the ship. If you chose My Time Dining, then they will seat you where they can. I was on Oasis a few months ago, with My Time Dining, and we sat in different restaurants each night, however, if you like your serving team after the first night, you can request to be seated at the same table for all of your meals. And yes, as with any cruise, the menus change each night in the dining rooms.

You should have time to make your show, if of course, you are seated in time.

What ship? We've done MTD on Freedom and Oasis. On Oasis, we ended up at different tables each night (with different servers). On Freedom, we had one table (with serving staff) on the first night then a different table the rest of the time (so two tables). I would plan on two hours for a meal, but if you tell your serving staff you are trying to make the show, they'll speed things up for you. Keep in mind you need time to walk from the dining room to the theater. I would show up at 5pm and try to get seated or plan on the later show.

If you're in MTD, then yes - that will be enough if you are not sharing a table. Your waitstaff will pace the meal as quickly as possible so they can turn over the table. Traditional seating in the MDR can take quite a bit longer, especially for a large table.
