HO-HO-HO..We`ll put the RUM in Pa-Rum-Pum-Pum-Pum! 16 holiday nights at SF & RPR. A Nov/Dec 2023 Trip Report

Looks like a lovely day. I always enjoyed the Jaws area as it’s very much like home. I’ve seen the original fisherman statue. I hope those from New England know the reference when they see it. I enjoy ale house. When I lived in Orlando, my friends and I always enjoyed ale house for a taste and...

HO-HO-HO..We`ll put the RUM in Pa-Rum-Pum-Pum-Pum! 16 holiday nights at SF & RPR. A Nov/Dec 2023 Trip Report

Love suess land during the holidays. I found all the holiday decor lovely. Glad the weather was nice. I find December can be really hit or miss. I don’t love going to Florida and having it be cold since we can get that at home. Although my least favorite time of year is March. Never again.

HO-HO-HO..We`ll put the RUM in Pa-Rum-Pum-Pum-Pum! 16 holiday nights at SF & RPR. A Nov/Dec 2023 Trip Report

We actually lived in London for year to attend a masters program. It was the year of the Olympics and the diamond jubilee so it was quite the experience. We have been to Oxford, Canterbury, Salisbury, Exeter, Brighton, Leeds, Chester, and Edinburgh. We really want to do a two week trip in...

Hello. I’m joining in on reading your report. I’ve read some of your other reports but this is the first one I can join in real time. My husband and I love the UK as much as you love traveling to Orlando. It is favorite vacation spot. Haven’t been to universal since they added Harry Potter...

It has been hazy here in MA and definitely smells like a camp fire. The air quality has not been that bad, but we have also had a ton of rain.

The ABCs of Greece & Italy! X, Y, and Z, and that Friends is THE END!!! :) See you in Asia and Australia, Join Me THERE!!

Catching up. We loved Florence when we were there. About a decade ago you couldn’t buy timed tickets to the museums. So when we did the Uffizi we had to get up early and stand in line for a hour before it opened. It is a huge museum. When we go back eventually, we want to tour the Pitti Palace...

Jumping back in. Florence is an amazing city. My husband and I would like to climb the bell tower. Last time we were in Florence we climbed the dome. I actually preferred this dome over St. Peter’s.

ATTQOTD: not of fan of virtual races. I did do CRAW during the pandemic as I needed something to keep me active. Now I would much rather run in person. However, I also think there is no harm in offering them for people who are interested.

ATTQOTD: 95% of the time lately it’s the treadmill. If I do run outside, it’s asphalt.

I married into a family of runners so I figured I should also start running. Now I run because I enjoy it.

Good luck to anyone running today. The weather is not the best here, but not as bad as 2018. My 18 month old is obsessed with the coverage (or maybe it’s having the TV on) but maybe we have a future runner there.

The temps on Monday look good but hopefully that rain shifts. This week’s weather would have been great as a spectator but probably a tad warm for the runners.

ATTQOTD: Shokz headphones. I love that they don’t fall off and that I can still hear my surroundings. Took me way to long to committ

I jumped over from the running thread when I saw your post about VT. I live in MA, but we have been to VT a few times as my husband has a family member who lives in Southern VT. Beautiful area but definitely still chilly around these parts. Spring tends to take longer to hit up there.

ATTQOTD: 5 is my ideal number, but some weeks due to work I only hit 4. I would love to add in some core/strength training work, but early morning workouts are not my thing. I typically run on my lunch break and I don’t have the extra time to devote to that right now.

ATTQOTD: there is a Thanksgiving 5 miler race in the town that I used to live in that gave out pies at the finish. We were never in town on Thanksgiving so I haven’t run it, but maybe one of these days (it’s about an hour from my house now so not as convenient as when I could walk to the start).

I am also loving it. But mainly because I check this page on my phone and I find the bold easier to read.
