I think the industry has had some massive shifts pretty recently because of the big change in interest rates. Things will remain in flux as long as rates are high. Who wants to give up a 3% mortgage to buy something new with a 7% rate?

I think early September is better for crowds than May. But I don't think late September is. By then, people are willing to take kids out of school and crowds are building for Halloween. Definitely May when kids are closing out the school year and parents are less likely to take them out.

If tickets aren't refundable, I think it's pretty crappy that you can't resell them for face value. Sometimes things happen.
