Parade start rotates, when there is only 1 parade a day. I assume first parade will always starts at small world, when there are 2 parade times (which might occasionally require moving parade overnight)

Good advice, since there can be a line at Bell Services in the lobby. It is customary to tip Bell Services. I tip both when dropping off and delivery, but many just tip once (don't know if tips are being pooled).

ScooterBug website certainly has many problems, but is functional (seems like a puzzle). You may also just call to reserve. I told the valet when arriving at the Grand Californian, and the scooter was at the car before the bags had even been unloaded. Pixar Place should provide similar service.
