Not having a completely spotless room is unacceptable. They’re above Four Seasons prices at this point. Disney needs to revisit their eroding service.

I would work in some longer shows and experiences like the train, Lincoln, the Mark Twain, offers seating, easy to get on.

Ugh, I’m so sorry you had this experience. The cast issues are totally unacceptable at that price point especially. Please do complain and make sure they know that they’re not fulfilling their own standard.

I’m just gonna say it, Ive been beyond disappointed with the cast doing dining reservations by phone. I had one that was downright rude, and I knew more about what was available than she did. It was frustrating. They need to fix that ASAP.
