Heard they were having system problems on the payment side. Waited over an hour for payment, but they came on to say they'd call back when the system was up....called later and all was good. Can't believe it sold out in just a few hours! And yes, hope a Member Cruise 2020 Forum is started...

Since this is taking place during Flower and Garden, just wondering if any of the food kiosks, drinks vendors, World Showcase shops etc. will be open for this after hours? Or will most of this be closed down at 9pm, like they do for Evening EMH and it will just be rides open....

Also good luck trying to find a beer or wine after 9pm. Last time we were there, all the vendors (except maybe the tequila bar--super crowded) were closing before Illuminations.... :confused3:drinking1

Don't forget there's a bar that the Grandstand pool. Some parents don't like that. I'm thinking that when the Paddock pool opens (snack bar, zero entry, etc), that might be the best place for folks with little 'uns in this situation...

I believe the slide is undergoing renovation starting in early Feb. Pool will still be open. Not sure when it is supposed to be completed....

Yep - according to the booklet I received, "This assessment is 1.1% higher than it was in 2010. Since inception, the compound annual growth rate is 2.5%" Based on the info on the first post, SSR again has the lowest increase in assessment of all the DVC's. Don't know how long that will...

My son got into this a few years ago, and found out (the hard way) that it can be a very expensive habit! Expensive, but so much fun! We'll be looking for some fun ones from the ship for gifts for him. We found one last time with the ship on it and fireworks that light up! Too cool!
