Great to hear! Definitely going to try to get an ADR here when our window opens next week! Figure we will use the DDP and add an extra item or two and pay for those out of pocket.

Not sure that I'd choose either omakase option unless I was on the dining plan. Some quick number crunching seems to indicate that even selecting the most expensive items in each category, the total is less than $65 for both options. If these are the dining plan choices and a drink is included...

Has anyone used the Dining Plan at Shiki-Sai in EPCOT? How does it work there?

Possibly, but that would be odd given that other types of things offer multiple times. Still, something to keep an eye on. Crossing my fingers.

Based on what I am seeing with other types of things, if it offers multiple time slots and one is sold out while others are still available, then those that are sold out are displayed but greyed out and not selectable.

That's part of my point. From what I am seeing, activities are listed just once each day if they are being offered, but if they have multiple times available to choose from, then those times are offered in a drop down list together under that activity (I can see this for excursions and spa...

None of the tastings were sold out yet. If an activity was sold out, then it was still listed there, but marked as Sold Out.

I ended up doing a chat session on the WDW website and the person checked for me and said that No, the Sanaa quick service breakfast is not eligible for the dining plan. Real bummer that. Oh well. If anyone here can confirm that or knows otherwise before June, please share. :)
