A few places nearby charge around $1 bag/hr, closest is Phantom Couriers on Howe Street a couple of blocks from Canada Place. Pan pacific will also store but will be at least around $7/per bag . book Phantom Courier's through luggagehero.com https://tinyurl.com/yymjrnax

    Cancel Tasting Deadline?

Actually the deadline is only 24 hours before the tasting. Easy to do in the app. Inside the 24 hours most likely can even move the reservation to another available time even up to the tasting time but YMMV.

Anyone recently stayed at the Pan Pacific and do luggage pick-up?

Also it has been mentioned briefly before, the main hotel elevators do not go down to cruise level. You have to change to the cruise level elevators either on the Lobby or Ground floor. The cruise level elevators are just around steps around the corner from the main hotel ones.

    Alaska last minute booking

In Juneau one dog camp on the glacier ends 8/13, I think the camp temsco works with stays until early Sept. The dog camps are independent businesses from the helicopter companies even thought you book all through the helicopter companies.

Anyone recently stayed at the Pan Pacific and do luggage pick-up?

Did it a few weeks ago, they only provide service from 7-11am, and like others said it sometimes take 30 minutes at least after you call on busy cruise days. Worth it and good idea to tip. Also, someone has to be in the room when they come for your bags.

Beer Mug Savings Package- Pre purchase Onboard Gifts, or wait until onboard?

keep in mind the beers are not that special and one you probably can find in most stores, maybe one or two local to the cruise, but if you are into craft beer don't expect anything special. For tasting beer I recommend saving your money, skipping beer tasting and visiting a brewery in port, much...

Beer Mug Savings Package- Pre purchase Onboard Gifts, or wait until onboard?

the "coin/token" is now really just a card that you swap out for the empty mug so you don't have to carry an empty mug back to your room or around the ship if you don't want to,

    Alaska Skagway helicopter tour

plus if you dont make it back and have to catch up the next day, many of the the charter companies refund the cost of the excursion. I wouldn't worry and enjoy an event of a lifetime. It is awesome. One thing I did notice is Disney booked charters are seemed quicker to cancel. We were leaving...

Earliest flight after debarkation - Vancouver

Taxi is fine, but Skytrain might be faster and depending on number of people might even be cheaper. I would say either way 12:15 is a perfect time.

    Alaska with youngsters

Skytrain is great , but for a family of four, with little ones, I would take a taxi to waterfront when arriving, not that much more expensive capped at around $30 CAD +tip and less stressful on first trip in with luggage. Use the Skytrain though for exploring the city , it is great. You can...

    Alaska cruise

The only excursion on Glacier day is the one booked through Disney. There isn't a possibility for third party excursions that day, because you don't leave the ship. The Glacier excursion joins the ship while it is moving to pick up the passengers.
