The Trinity Health Seaway Run is June 29th in Muskegon. It's been several years since I've ran it, but I remember it being a flat and scenic course, might be a good one for POT.

The Cumulus was my go-to shoe for years, but I stopped running in them over two years ago. I think the Cumulus 23 was the last model I had. I just hated the changes they were making to the shoe year after year. I'm running in Asics NovaBlast now and I am absolutely loving them!!

I have run the Holland Haven half a few times. It's a nice flat course with some fun aid stations with yummy offerings, like blueberries and bacon. They usually have a great post race party with food and beverages too. I think the downside to this race is that you are sooo close to Lake...
