We did the same thing last year. We stayed at WL and they upgraded our park hopper tickets to AP at the front desk when we checked in. We used to have to go to the guest relations at a park entrance so that saved a lot of time.

Thank You, that is good information to know. I did have a problem with housekeeping last time and called front desk and nothing was done. Later I saw housekeeping in the hall and let them know and they called someone and took care of it very soon afterward.

We always have one TS per day. We always pick our favorite places plus try somewhere new once in a while. We love Ohana, Cape May, Trails End, Liberty Tree Tavern, Whispering Canyon. There are many QS places that are great now also.

We were at Cape May in December and absolutely loved it. Great food and desserts!!

We always eat one dinner at Trails End when we stay. I would recommend it if you like laid back home cooking. Great food and a enjoyable place to relax. The boat ride will be enjoyable also.

I agree with most of the previous posts. WC is much better food and atmosphere. If your kids just love the characters then Chef Mickey's is ok but just for that reason.

We stayed twice in the same room, #1114 in the 50's. It was quiet and as close to the buses as you can get, also easy walk to front desk. We liked it so much the first time that I requested the same room the second time and got it.
