We did one less park day and the MVMCP ticket. We loved it and were there the first night for a sold out party. We did plenty of rides and saw the parade and fireworks. I found it well worth it.

We are doing MVMCP and that day is a resort day with only those tickets. Its at the later part of our trip and will allow us to rest up a bit before a late night.

We are NJ residents who arrive late 11/3 and leave on 11/11. Plans are similar 11/4 HS, 11/5 MK, 11/6 EP, 11/7 AK, 11/8 EP, 11/9 resort day and MVMCP, 11/10 HS, 11/11 Disney Springs and fly home. I'm hoping a good touring plan helps make things manageable. We did hoppers in case it gets crazy...

Does this event remain sold out or do people cancel day or week of?

We are from Jersey and will be there 11/3-11. Flights home to PHL are high. We went the same week three years ago and while busy it was very manageable.

The only night available during our stay is 11/9 and I booked MVMCP. Bummer!

We skipped on our last trip with DS who was 5 going on 6 and not great at late nights. We are giving it a go this November he is almost 9. We did a party ticket and plan to take it easy at our resort during the day and then head over to the party.

We did Pirates and Pals on our last trip and loved it. Lots of interaction with Hook and Smee at the dessert party portion.

Thanks Scott. I had looked at that link. I think the parties are starting a little later this year. I was worried about larger crowds because of the first party and Veteran's Day weekend. We are leaving on 11/11.

If your options were the first two parties on November 9 or November 10 which would you choose and why? We are there for both I know the first party is crowded and Fridays are busy so neither is ideal. Just looking for some insight from folks who have been there before.
