My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary on the Magic. Best trip we've ever taken - and yes the kids were not with us! Don't hesitate!

We stayed in a top floor lock-off last summer and had a great view of the water. Lots of space, definitely the way to go!

We spent 6 nights at Vero last year and loved it. However, we are pool and beach people. We did find lots to do in the evening in Vero Beach at the mall, we went to a Vero Beach Dodgers game at Dodgertown and that was fun. Also, there are marinas nearby if you would like to charter a boat.

Thanks for this info and link. We bought Vero points this summer after spending a week there. It was an awesome vacation, we are hoping the repairs go well.

When we visited Tulum last year, they were charging people with video cameras. However, they didn't charge for film or digital cameras. My digital camera takes video so I shot some footage with it while we were in the ruins. You definitely want to take a camera with you of some sort, because...

We got 5522 for our cruise last August at about 10 months out from our sail date. We were originally booked in a Category 11 but we decided to upgrade. I called DCL and asked specifically for one of those rooms on Deck 5 and we lucked out.

Thanks for asking these questions about VB. We are taking our 3 year old and our 6 year old this summer.

We are heading to Vero Beach this June. Your report makes me even more ready to go! This will be our first trip to VB!
