If you are not coming back often to Paris and Europe in general AND you're a Disney fan, don't miss DLP, there are things which are totally unique to these parks. If it's not a summer holiday weekend though, 1 day is definitely enough.

for #3: I used to price it on GetTransfer (Google for it, can't post links yet :)) They basically wire the request out to many private providers and get you a list view of prices. Once you chosen and booked, you'll get the drivers details. But for the extra stops, you may have to negotiate...

+ on this if you cannot get a reservation, inquire at the restaurant the morning you are there or the day before you would like to dine there, sometimes spaces free up.
