Surprised no one's responded yet. I haven't been to this one personally, but the Quality Inn & Suites By The Parks looks to be about the cheapest hotel that's well-reviewed. It's just off of US-192, very close to Animal Kingdom, and has free breakfast and Wi-Fi if you're interested.
