    This summer Disney has been experiencing some issues with cruises that debark in a non-US port but either left or have a port of call in the US. For some reason the passengers traveling on an I-94 visa (the visa you get when you enter with an ESTA) have not been reported to have left the US...

    It looks like you currently have the same status as we're having, so I think it's good. Never got any notification either, but it shows up like you describe, so it might be handled. In the mean time I have asked (and received) DCL to send the letter by mail, because we don't have US Letter paper...
