Icon of the Seas - Deluxe Beverage Prices

We sail on May 11 and the lowest we've seen the DBP was $67 for 1 day about 2 weeks ago. It has mostly hovered between $72 and $83. We had bought it at $72 and then cancelled and repurchased when it dropped to $67.

    Magnets on Fantasy Concierge Doors

Some people on Royal decorate as well, though not as extensively as DCL. This was our door on Odyssey of the Seas 2 weeks ago. We also usually decorate our concierge room door on DCL (using neodymium magnets). This was our door on the Dream last year.

    Fort Lauderdale Flight Times

We were told it is a flat $20 from both the taxi stand attendant and the driver. 🤷‍♀️

    Fort Lauderdale Flight Times

Not DCL but we were on Odyssey of the Seas from Port Everglades 2 weeks ago. Our flight from FLL was at 10:40am. We did self-assist luggage, walked out of our stateroom at 6:45am and took a taxi to the airport (which is a flat $20 rate). We were sitting at our gate at FLL by 7:45am. There are a...

Royal Caribbean Newbie here, how do I choose which class?

We've sailed on both Oasis and Quantum Ultra classes (we were on Odyssey just last week, which is roughly the same size as the Fantasy). While we prefer Oasis class for the neighborhoods concept, we also enjoyed the Quantum Ultra class for the more unique onboard activities (e.g. North Star...

On our B2B MDASes earlier this year, it was on the 1st sea day.

Royal's Black Friday sales open now.

There might be but, for us, there isn't a rush to book it now since we just spent a couple thousand booking stuff for our January cruise and sale for the Icon cruise isn't really that good. We can wait and spread out the pain a bit. ;)

    Internet packages on RCCL

We were Star Class so 1 device per person was included for us. When we went on Wonder of the Seas last Thanksgiving, we bought the 2 device package for 1 person and DH and I split it.

Royal's Black Friday sales open now.

We booked the drink & dining packages, excursions, North Star & the all access ship tour for our January cruise on Odyssey since the prices were pretty good. The sale prices for our May cruise on Icon aren't really any better than the usual sales so we're going to wait to book those.

    Internet packages on RCCL

We were on Harmony of the Seas a couple of weeks ago and the wifi connection was always pretty good. There was just one hour on day 3 where it was down but they got it back up pretty quickly.

My thoughts on the Brightline after a cruise out of PC

It's much more relaxed than TSA. It's more like the security process at UOR. Your carryons go through the scanner and you just walk through a metal detector. There's no liquids limit and you keep your shoes on.

My thoughts on the Brightline after a cruise out of PC

It was about 3 hours, 10 minutes end-to-end. We checked in about 2 hours early at the station in Orlando. It was our first time riding and we didn't know how long security would take (it was very quick). We stayed in Miami for a night before boarding the ship and we took a Lyft to our hotel...

My thoughts on the Brightline after a cruise out of PC

We took the Brightline train between Orlando & Miami last week for a cruise out of Miami. We paid to check our larger suitcases ahead of time and carried on our smaller suitcases. We left & arrived on time both ways and the ride was smooth & comfortable. I have to agree with OP about the food...

    Marvel night AND pirate night??

Yes, it was all the usual pirate night stuff just without the pirate menu in the MDR.
