I’d call the UK number. If it offers you a callback option take it they do call back. My guess is they will give you back the deposit before whatever final payment date they do impose.

Disney told me they had extended the final balance date. Whilst a pain to get through to I think you should call a Disney.

Disney do not sell packages in the same way as Tui do. Indeed Tui are the only UK package provider now. They sell ATOL protected combinations of flights and hotel stays. If the flights get cancelled then the combination is cancelled and they will refund, but they won’t initiate it themselves...

I cannot believe they will fly without their package customers. It would make no financial sense as generally more than half of the planes have package guests.
