Disney announced these reopen dates for resorts. Some are DVC some are not. I assume that they are referring to cash/non-member reservations? For example, BWV reservations before Oct 1 are still happening? Very confusing.

I had never thought of approach to reduce borrow ability to offset the influx of points. I like it.

I know extensions are tricky, but we are in a very unique situation. I wonder if members would accept all contracts being extended by 1 year at no cost.

I'm sure someone will tell me why this is impossible, but they should just keep all rules in place so the system isn't overwhelmed for several years and then add a year onto all contracts and be done with it.

Thanks for this. I know people complain a lot about the room ready time, but they do a phenomenal job in cleaning them. I'd prefer to wait rather than be in a dirty room.

Also, to OP. As long as you are online early, you should not have trouble getting FP+ for your entire party at 60 days out. It is an all or nothing type thing. I've seen no discernible difference between getting a FP+ for 1 and a FP+ for 9 at 60 days out. Especially 60+3.
