Already registered but what do I need to know as a newbie?!?!

I'd also suggest reading through the Running Thread or the Marathon Weekend thread. Both have extensive discussion about running in general and running at Disney in particular, and if you read/search through them, you might find your questions have already been answered.

Feel free to dress up in costume or add Disney touches to your running outfit. For my first race, I didn't realize the runners went all out with their race day outfits. My friend and I ended up buying some sparkle skirts at the expo so that we had something a little extra special for the race. For all subsequent races I took some time to craft my race day outfits.
