2 weeks and counting

Tomorrow will be 14 days since our contract was submitted for ROFR. The last contract was taken and were notified at the 18 day mark.

I am getting antsy b/c we're so close.

After u pass ROFR is the contract pretty much yours? Or are there a bunch of other things I will have to hope does or doesn't happen?

After you pass ROFR, normally the contact is yours, DVC no longer interferes. Any problems with the sales contract would normally be due to something with the Seller's end, not getting timely paperwork signed, or other issues such as divorce, estate transfer, etc... where's it's hard to find the right people to properly convey title.
