Thought you might be interested in this ...
My good friend returned from Orlando this morning - she had a brilliant time needless to say!
She had bought 10 day passes (at the really cheap rate) for 2 adults and 2 kids but got really confused by all the different configurations of passes (even though I ran over it with her endless times!) and went away thinking she had 10 days at the 4 Parks and 3 days at the Water Parks (
!)
So, they didn't go anywhere else but Disney, no Sea World, IOA etc etc and went sometimes just for a couple of hours to see a show. Come their last Wednesday she went to Guest Relations at MK to just check they had one day left on their pass. She had two full days holiday left and had booked the Fantasmic Dinner Package for their last day (Friday).
Guest Relations informed her that she was already on her last day! She was horrified and couldn't believe it and insisted that they may have made a mistake. They checked and double checked and said, no sorry you've used up all your 10 days and that was all you bought. She was devastated and said how she couldn't believe she'd mucked it up so badly and told them about the Dinner Package etc.
The guy at Guest Relations felt so sorry for her that he told her he would give them all two extra passes each for free as she was so upset about it all!!!
So not only was she able to enjoy the Dinner Package (she did Hollywood and Vine which she raved about btw!) but they were also able to spend all day Thursday in the Parks too!!
How about that for service - Good on you MK Guest Relations!!
