Kraftfoods.com (Healthy Living) has new meal & fitness planner. Register, fill out the questionnaire and each week you are supplied a personalized menu and fitness ideas. It will even provide you with a shopping list and you can customize your selections!
I signed up a couple of weeks ago and tried to stay within the guidelines last week. I hadn't shopped specifically for the plan, but tried to eat similarly as was prescribed. I've gone shopping for next week based on the upcoming week's menu and I'm looking forward to reducing my calorie intake and trying new things.
