I have just been surfing the net for discount codes for WDW in May (Mousesavers web mistress Mary is having to take a little break: get well soon Love Jimmie) and I saw this.
It amused me and I think it is an April fool. Posted 1/4/2002
"WDW's Fast-Pass has become so successful, Disney will soon offer
"FastPass Premium". An additional $1 allows the guest to guarantee that
they will experience the attraction in 1 hour; $5 guarantees 30 minutes;
and $10 grants the guest an immediate entrance to the attraction"
