Booking online, and have to enter credit card each time?

I've got our credit card number saved in MDE. Just today, when I try to book dining, I have to enter a credit card each time. Why?? I've never had to before, as long as my credit card is on file. Is this a glitch or a new change?

In the app at least, as long as you are signed in, it will use your saved card.
