Bsm tour do we visit Hollywood sign and Griffith park.

Am contemplating a 6 hour personal tour of la area and one stop they offer is Griffith park and Hollywood sign. Do we stop to see either with abd?

You can see the Hollywood sign from the hotel and adjacent shopping center, but you're not taken right up close to it. You will see Walt's Barn in Griffith Park, but that's it.

We've done BSM twice and neither one visited the Hollywood sign. As Kevin (who was with us on our December trip ) points out you can see the sign from the Loews Hotel that ABD uses. In fact, we could see it from our room there.

Kevin is also correct about the Walt's Barn visit, which is fun, but is nowhere close to a real tour of Griffith Park.

We have been on three BSM tours and a close up visit to the Hollywood sign was part of the second one we did a few years ago.

The same trip also did a "celebrity home tour" which was a little corny and chilly since it was February and the tour vans were open air.

Every tour we have been on has been different in some way, but the sign is easily seen from the hotel.
