What is the difference between the deluxe rooms at both Hard Rock and Portofino Bay? Same 500 sq feet....

One big difference is the bathrooms. Sounds silly I know BUT Portofino deluxe rooms have the most amazing bathrooms! Amenities are probably the same or similar. Deluxe rooms at Portofino have poolviews, either Villa or Beach. Deluxe rooms at Hard Rock are either poolview or Gardenview.
Casual, laid back yet unquestionably stylish, this hotel is the quintessential definition of rock 'n' roll. All guest rooms are designed with a whimsical flair and feature a dynamic CD sound system. Let the good times roll.
These oversized rooms feature two queen beds, a pullout sofa and a separate study area. Deluxe Queen Rooms sleep five guests comfortably and still provide enough room to stretch out.

A step above the Garden View and Bay View Rooms, these elegantly appointed accommodations feature a slightly larger living space, plus a separate tub and shower in a stylish and roomy bathroom. You'll have a view of the serene Villa Pool and the surrounding gardens and bocce ball court, or the dramatic Roman-styled aqueduct Beach Pool with Universal Orlando as the backdrop.


Additional amenities include VCR, surround sound system with CD player and fax machine.
