This doesn't seem to be on the menu anymore, which is a shame because it was delicious.

I was on deluxe dining for 6 nights and then my husband joined me for 5 nights and we switched to the regular dining plan. This was my second favorite meal of the trip.

Pie in the Sky - Chicken, wild mushrooms and leeks in a white wine cream sauce in puff pastry served with roasted vegetables - I don't remember what the actual side was that came with this, but my server suggested swapping it for the mash, so I agreed. I love this pie, but potatoes were pretty dry.

Sea bass over leak fondue with Cassis-red wine reduction - The best entree of the trip and seems to be replaced by the potato-wrapped red snapper, which I also love.

Cocoa Breach -Vanilla Custard, Milk Chocolate Bavarois, Feuilletine Crunch - One of the best desserts I had.

Flying Fish was hands-down my favorite meal this vacation.

When we’re you there? I don’t see the mushroom soup on the current menu. We are going for the first time in a few weeks.
We were there in May last year. I don't see it on the menu, either. It was really good. All the food was really good and the restaurant is one of the prettiest on property, in my opinion. Enjoy!
