Do DVC dining discounts usually stay the same each year?

We have a week booked just before Easter at AKL and will soon be at our 180 day booking window for dining rservations. We were originally considering the DDP but since we wouldn't be drinking alcohol and we have the Canadian dollar difference to consider, plan to pay OOP. Do the discounts usually stay the same from year to year? I am sorry they don't offer another option for families with kids over 10. The cost of the new plan is a bit difficult to swallow, pardon the pun.

This year we had 20-30% off at many locations thru Sept 30, but that is NOT normal. Typically it is 10%, some 15 or 20%, many of the location no longer offer any DVC discount. You might look into the Tables in Wonderland card.
Here is a list of current Discounts, these will most likely NOT be the same for next year, also often holidays have black out dates:

Discounts are designed to fill the restaurants. If sales are low, discounts will increase. If sales are high discounts will decrease and/or be offered for slow times like lunch.

Discounts are often not available for holidays anymore. Even the Tables in Wonderland has block out dates.

It looks like the new norm for Disney is to increase prices and then offer discount. Everyone love a deal, even if the final price is still a terrible value. I'd bet big discounts are here to stay for a while.
