We don't any more, but we have in the past. Our biggest success is a blue spruce that we planted at my DGP's house 35 years ago. Unfortunately, it's overgrowing it's bounds...my DUncle who lives there now is probably going to have to cut it down. The retirement villages have tiny lot sizes and we didn't realize that when we gave it to my DGP!
We have another one growing in Boston. That one is an Alberta spruce, and so it will stay small.
Does anyone else plant "live" Christmas trees?
