It seems to be a moderately discounted quick service only gift card, available to some non-resort hotel guests.
We're trying to figure out if it makes sense for us (we can't add the dining plan because we're splitting between Swalphin and the Doubletree on HPB). I'm more concerned with ease of use than huge discounts, but my sister is starting to be a little concerned that we'll have issues (particularly sticker shock) without the dining plan, and having prepaid cards that can be just whipped out, especially discounted ones, should help.
