DP options?

What was your DP menu? Must have? Something you disliked? I'm working on our menu, and am so lost with all the options! TIA.

I loved their chocolate peanut butter marshmallow squares, but the last time Epcot made them for me they weren't the same. You might consider doing one of their showy desserts, like the liquid nitrogen spheres or the donuts flambe, just to wow your guests. And people always love ice cream. One couple I interviewed just had them put out a cart full of ice cream novelties, and that was a big hit.
